Detailed Product Description

NKN is a three-ply combined flexible insulation material of thermal class above 180°C, consisting of polyimide film covered on both sides with DuPont Nomex Paper. NKN is also called as NHN.

Application:

NHN is mainly used as a slot liner, slot closure, phase and interturn insulation in thermal high stressed electrical motors. It is also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.  

Normal Thickness: 0.15, 0.17, 0.19, 0.23, 0.25, 0.30, 0.33, 0.40mm.

Nomex Paper Thickness: 2mil, 3mil, 5mil, 7mil;

Polyimide Film Thickness: 1mil, 2mil, 3mil, 5mil

Rolls: max. width 914mm
Tapes: from 10mm width upwards

Packing: approx.50kgs per roll in bag

Special size can be supplied according to customer
