Kapton Polyimide Tape

Kapton Polyimide Tape is also known as high temperature tape. It is made of polyimide film with heat resistant silicone adhesive to withstand temperature up to 260�C (500�F), packaged in a 36 yard(33m) roll. It removes cleanly without leaving a adhesive residue after processing.The UL File No is E319078.

Application:

• a gold finger mask of printed circuit boards during wave soldering
• a high temperature mask high temperature powder coating
• electrical insulation for traction motor, transformer, cable, and capacitor
• bar code labels on the PCB
